Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after approval and will be issued back to your original method of payment. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
If you prefer, you can opt for store credit instead of a refund. Store credit is typically issued faster, often within 1 to 3 business days after your return is approved.
For exchanges, once your return is approved, your replacement item will be shipped within 3 to 7 business days, depending on product availability.
Please note that shipping fees may not be refundable, and return shipping costs may vary depending on your location. Delivery times for exchanged items will depend on your region and selected shipping method.
For defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We take full responsibility in these cases and will resolve the issue quickly at no additional cost to you.
